Meet John Patrick Belen, a versatile artist proficient in both traditional and digital mediums. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, Patrick is a graphic artist and self-taught painter practicing his craft in Makati City, Philippines.

 

Patrick discovered his love for art at a young age, nurtured by his parents' modest support and encouragements. He also immersed himself in digital graphic design, which allowed him to expand and enhance his creative skills. Yet, he also returns to traditional art periodically by exploring various mediums and styles, from Dutch pouring to ocean resin art and acrylic painting. His artistic journey continues as he seeks the technique and style that best reflects his inner self.

 

Patrick finds inspiration in nature, travel, and self-reflection. These sources ignite new ideas and drive him to create. The time and energy he dedicates to his art serve as a form of meditation, revealing his profound connection to the world around him. For him, art is a profound means of self-expression, allowing individuals to reveal their authentic selves and evoke emotions in others.
